Why does Your New Home collect and store personal data?
In order to provide you with our services, such as preliminary information and consultations regarding properties in Bulgaria, mediation in the purchase and sale or rental of real estate, assistance in the preparation of the necessary documents and notarization of the transaction, as well as after sales services, we must collect your personal data.
This data serves the purpose of our correspondence with you before signing a contract or for the purpose of providing you with any information you need, identification before signing a mediation contract, in the course of preparing documents related to rent, purchase or sale contracts, marketing activities or advertising.
We ensure that the information we collect and use is essential for one or more of the above purposes and is not intended to violate your privacy or privacy.
Before sending you any communication of an advertising or marketing nature, Your New Home will ask for your express consent to receive such communication.
What categories of personal data do we collect and process?
In order to provide you with information and advice about properties of interest to you, we collect and process the following personal data: full name, telephone number and email address. We also need this information to contact you at any time, if necessary for the successful, quality and timely execution of the assignment, as well as to answer your inquiries.
In order to prepare personalized advertisements, provide remarketing and measure results, we also collect and process your IP address.
For the purposes of identification before entering into a contract for mediation in the purchase, sale or rental of a property, we collect and process, in addition to the above, the following personal data: passport data, date and place of birth and your permanent and current address .
In order to assist you and prepare the necessary documents before concluding a rental agreement or for the notarization of a property purchase agreement and for your after-sales service, we collect and process the following personal data: full name, date and place of birth, permanent and current address, passport details, bank account number or other payment details, income, telephone number, email address. For these purposes, we also process special categories of data – marital status and marriage data. We collect this data when the applicable law requires accurate identification of the person, as well as when compiling an accounting or other type of document for which the law requires the identification of the person. This data is also used to detect and prevent abuse.
Your personal data as our customers is obtained online or offline, based on your consent, based on a contract between us or by law.
When you contact us by phone or order a callback, the calls are recorded and stored temporarily for a period of 24 hours for security purposes and to improve the quality of our service.
When we receive a request through one of our contact forms, we will use your contact details to contact you and provide you with the information or assistance you require.

Your access to social networks such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter and others takes place through separate registration and acceptance of the general conditions of these sites. Your New Home is not responsible for the protection of your personal data upon acceptance of these terms. Please take a closer look at the terms and conditions of these sites.
Consent:
By agreeing to accept this Privacy Notice, you give us your consent to process your personal data strictly for one or more of the purposes stated above.
Such consent is necessary for us to process both types of (ordinary and special) personal data, but consent must be express consent.
Anytime we ask for consent for special (sensitive) personal data, we will explain the reasons and ways in which that information will be used.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data through this form, or a form for such withdrawal will be made available to you promptly upon request, as a hard copy, at any of our offices.
Data storage period:
Your New Home will store your personal data in the following way: on paper and/or online in its information database for the following duration:
• All documents related to the preparation for signing a real estate transaction – 5 years
• All documents related to the notarization of the transaction before a notary public – 10 years
• All documents, data and information collected in accordance with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Measures Act – 5 years
• All other carriers, except as noted above, including your own voluntary consent for marketing purposes and/or advertising information – 5 years
Your rights as a data subject are as follows:
At any time while we are collecting or processing your personal data, you as a data subject have the following rights:
• You may request a copy of your personal data from Your New Home and the right to access your personal data at any time;
• You have the right to ask Your New Home to provide your personal data to you in a manner suitable for transfer to another personal data controller, or to ask us to do so for you without any hindrance on our part;
• You have the right to ask Your New Home to correct, without undue delay, any of your personal data that is inaccurate, as well as data that is no longer up to date;
• You have the right to ask Your New Home to delete your personal data without undue delay in any of the following cases:
– the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were originally collected;
– when you have withdrawn your consent;
– when you have objected to the processing,
– when the processing is illegal;
– where personal data must be deleted in order to comply with legal requirements under EU law or the law of a Member State that is applicable to us as a personal data controller;
– when personal data are collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
• We have the right to refuse to delete your personal data on one of the following grounds:
– when exercising the right to freedom of speech and the right to information;
– for the purposes of our compliance with a legal requirement or the performance of a public interest task,
– when exercising official powers granted to us by you for the specific purpose of concluding a real estate transaction;
– for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;
– for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for statistical purposes, as long as the deletion would seriously prevent or make impossible the achievement of the objectives of this processing;
– or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• You have the right to ask Your New Home to restrict the processing of your personal data, in which case the data will only be stored, but not processed. Our refusal to restrict such processing will only be provided in writing and we are required to justify this refusal with a legitimate reason;
• You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with a specific request sent to Your New Home;
• You have the right to object to specific types of processing, such as direct marketing (unsolicited advertising messages);
• You have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling;
• You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
• In the event that we need to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not part of this privacy notice, we will provide you with a new privacy notice and, as and when necessary, we will ask for your consent to such new processing.
